Gosh - galahs galore!

I was having an everyday weekend day, doing a spot of meditation and burning some incense, when I became aware of a squawking. I took it to be myna birds or starlings, or some such noisy feathered friends - until I got up to grab a glass of water.
Passing the kitchen window, I discovered a flock of around 2 dozen galahs right outside the kitchen window tucking into my newly mowed lawn's grass seed supply.
Luckily, I had my camera close enough and they were not scared to see this curios human poking her head - and silver camera - through the window at them…

Samaritan's Stories
Anyway, my kids have the task of doing the washing sometimes. And I was starting to get annoyed with them because I kept finding all these clothes pegs on grass and thought they were just ripping the clothes off, without taking the pegs off - until one day I saw a cockatoo on the clothesline taking the pegs off the clothes! Oops. I get the wooden ones and they must like it on their beak or something. I think I'll need to replace them with plastic ones.
