I have recently been using pigeon photographs as a form of art. Having daily close encounters with the species, it is not hard for me to extract several samples to illustrate possible emotions and gestures from my more than 1000 pigeon photos. (Oops! How did I ever managed to take so many…?)
For those who view pigeons as gray birds that eat bread in the park and poop all over buildings, this may not be very impressive - but for those bird lovers, pigeon lovers, and those of us with pigeons as pets, pigeons are truly a delight.
Pigeons have that certain look on them sometimes….
