We have not seen so much of the magpies lately, but I took these two shots a couple of weeks ago and have only just taken them off the camera.
This shot is one parent eating, another drinking, and a thirsty yet respectful baby bird watching impatiently…
& here we have much the same, but the baby has become focused on the tin plate we put bird seed on - and the parent pie decided to chase away the pigeon and pinch food from a different pile of hand outs.
(The reason being ANOTHER cheese-gobbling baby - as we found out yesterday!!)
