White-faced heron photos

As promised in my last post, I will share my recent heron photos. He walked down the mid-yard keeping to the shorted grass, whilst foraging amongst the longer grasses - erm, and weeds.
Above, he walked by the geraniums. Below, it passed by to the next patch of 'oops-weeds with' flowers.
My last five shots show him progressing even closer to the house, totally unafraid. He finally spotted me at the window with my camera - but did not fly away immediately. He stared, then strode rapidly across the lawns to the carport and taking a look at me, flew over the fence and away.
