I think I am finally getting the hang of my latest digital camera…
Here are a couple of shots of a cute little robin redbreast sitting on pa’s patio tubs.
The robins nest in the ivy growing up the washing post at the far end of the yard, so we usually have at least one pecking about the soil as soon as you’ve dug some over or in the table when the seed goes out.
ONCE, one landed on my windowsill, but they have not been very tame yet - in fact, that really makes me sad. English birds are so snobby and aloof; they simply will not come up close. I really miss the friendly birds of Australia - especially my pigeon friends. Thank goodness for zoom lenses - lol.
