Yard Bird Update 69

The baby blackbirds seemed to enjoy hanging out in my vegetable plot. Overgrown that it was, it seemed to be bugful and enjoyable to these youngsters. On one day, I spotted a pair playing near what were potatoes before comfrey and weeds popped up around them.

Only a day or two later, the baby blackbirds were back!

Currently, we have a baby magpie in the yard - alas I cannot get a good photo to share yet - it is not camera-happy! So I will leave you with one last piccie of that cute blackbird bub.
