Today, I am sharing the last of my August pigeon photos. But first - a quick text update on the situation. Yesterday, the weather finally chilled and dampened down for fall, creating a mild change in the bird habits.
The little robin with orange rather than red breast and the color going higher up its forehead than others has taken up residence in the tree outside my bedroom window, it would seem. Last night, he was twit-chittering at me for a good half hour, and likewise has been spotted today. Also today, I spotted the robin chasing the wren away from the patch where I dug up my potatoes, as if to claim territory of the bugs living in the recently disturbed soils...
Now, over to the pigeon pics.....
